[Remote] Senior Locum Recruiter

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, reputed company, screen, and recruit reputed company OBGYN hospitalist clinicians for locum tenens assignments
- reputed company clinicians on the reputed company and lifestyle benefits of a locum tenens career
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clinicians from initial contact through assignment completion
- Manage and document reputed company candidate activity reputed company the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
- Generate candidate leads through outbound sourcing, referrals, and strategic reputed company initiatives
- Maintain detailed recruitment metrics, including applicant reputed company, interviews, and placement results
- Collaborate with leadership to support and execute strategic clinician recruitment plans

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2–4 years of physician recruitment experience (required)

- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong reputed company of ownership
