The role involves managing compliance with regulatory requirements and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, investigate, document, and reputed company SDAC cases, presenting findings to the committee for final reputed company
  • Coordinate SDAP activities, including case creation, reporting, CRM updates, and sales support processes
  • Conduct compliance research on agent applications, violations, complaints, appeals, and reinstatements, providing recommendations based on policy and reputed company judgment
  • Ensure reputed company completion of remediation, counseling, and training requirements for SDAP cases
  • Maintain compliance with CMS, state, federal, and organizational regulations, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for SDAP and Sales reputed company, supporting Sales, Operations, Compliance, and external partners

Skills

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience -three to five years of experience in Medicare Advantage
