Responsibilities

- Partner with engineering, product, and clinical leadership to translate reputed company business questions into actionable insights
- Drive adoption of self-serve reporting tools and ensure stakeholders can reputed company confident, data
- Define and enforce data governance standards for metrics, dashboards, and reporting pipelines
- Facilitate roadmap planning and prioritization for the analytics team

Skills
- BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or comparable quantitative field and relevant work experience in analytics or data engineering, with demonstrated leadership
- 6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading reputed company of analysts or engineers
- Deep proficiency with SQL, Python, and BI tools (we use Looker and reputed company)
- Experience with dbt, data warehouse design, and modern analytics engineering practices
- Strong communication skills — you can translate data complexity into reputed company narratives for non-technical stakeholders
