Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and recruit top mortgage industry talent for our clients through proactive sourcing, screening, and relationship-building strategies
- Promote EMAC reputed company reputed company’s education and training programs, engaging prospective clients and candidates through calls, emails, and meetings
- Foster relationships with mortgage companies, banks, and credit unions, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions
- Mentor and guide candidates through the career development process, offering insights and support for their reputed company reputed company
- Manage and reputed company education sales activity, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential enrollees and helping to drive enrollment goals
