[Remote] Project Manager IV

The Project Manager IV will reputed company end-to-end project management support for Contact Center Telephony initiatives, focusing on Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems and reputed company technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project life cycle, including review of various sources to assess requirements, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment and closure
- Partner with contact center operations, IT teams, vendors, and business reputed company to reputed company program implementations
- Support rollout activities and ensure smooth adoption of new IVR features or telephony tools
- Utilize corporate and industry reputed company project management tools and techniques to effectively manage reputed company. Assist with establishment and maintenance of corporate project management methodology and other department procedures
- Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, reputed company items, issues lists and risk management plans
- reputed company leadership and effectively communicate project status to reputed company stakeholders and external agencies
- Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company’s objectives

- Monitor the creation of reputed company project deliverables to ensure adherence to reputed company standards including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of project management experience with departmental specific reputed company
- Previous experience as a reputed company in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large reputed company reputed company or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff
- Proficient with MS-Office applications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based reputed company sponsorship now or in the reputed company
- reputed company experience; managed care experience preferred
- Experience with contact center, telephony, IVR, reputed company-based platforms, or reputed company technologies is strongly preferred, including partnership with technical teams on system implementations, platform enhancements, or reputed company technology initiatives
- PMP certification preferred
