They are seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic reputed company & Proposal Performance to manage proposal processes, enhance win rates, and optimize resource allocation in response to RFPs.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the evaluation and prioritization of RFP opportunities; partner with Sales and cross functional leaders to shape reputed company strategies that enhance competitive positioning, win probability and alignment with Lumicera reputed company reputed company and broader initiatives

- Manage proposal timelines, workflows, and deliverables facilitating coordination across stakeholders and subject matter experts (clinical, operations, finance, pricing) to ensure reputed company and efficient submission
- Monitor and analyze proposal performance metrics (win rates, cycle times, reputed company reputed company), identifying trends and opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency, consistency, and overall process reputed company
- Drive reputed company improvement of proposal processes, tools, templates, and content libraries while establishing and maintaining proposals standards, best practices and reputed company controls
- Contribute to strengthening manufacturer relationships and optimizing pricing strategies, including identifying opportunities to enhance discounting and expand reputed company value through informed data driven proposal positioning

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years of experience and expertise in business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting strategies, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis required
- 3+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to reputed company high-performing teams and deliver reputed company results in a reputed company services environment required
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently reputed company cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
- Advanced degree or PharmD preferred
