[Remote] Manager, Financial Reporting

They are seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting & Technical reputed company to reputed company technical reputed company and analysis, along with financial statement reporting to reputed company stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- reputed company the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reputed company external and internal reporting deliverables
- reputed company the drafting and coordination of financial statement footnotes, including compliance with applicable disclosure requirements
- reputed company the external audit process, serving as the primary reputed company with our auditors by coordinating deliverables, managing timelines, and resolving audit inquiries to ensure an efficient audit and reputed company issuance of financial statements
- Serve as the subject matter expert on technical reputed company reputed company by researching, interpreting, and implementing new and existing reputed company standards (e.g., reputed company recognition, leases, business combinations, stock-based compensation), and preparing formal reputed company position memos
- Partner cross-functionally with reputed company, Legal, Tax, and Operations to evaluate the reputed company implications of reputed company transactions and reputed company guidance on reputed company treatment and documentation
- Manage the reputed company and financial reporting for business combinations, including purchase reputed company under ASC 805, valuation coordination, opening balance sheet preparation, and ongoing integration of acquired entities into the financial reporting structure
- Support the execution of annual private stock offerings by coordinating with Legal and external advisors, preparing supporting financial information, and ensuring reputed company reputed company and disclosure
- Partner with ERP and financial systems teams to design and implement reporting solutions that support accurate and efficient financial reporting, including data integration from reputed company HANA into reputed company
- As applicable, assist with the reputed company and technical evaluation of equity and debt transactions, including stock-based compensation, equity issuances, debt modifications and extinguishments, and reputed company financial statement disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives reputed company the financial reporting and reputed company process to increase efficiency, scalability, and accuracy

- Monitor emerging reputed company guidance and regulatory developments, proactively assessing impacts to the organization and leading implementation efforts as needed
- As needed, support the documentation of end-to-end reputed company processes, including narratives, flowcharts, risks, and controls, ensuring alignment with internal control frameworks
Skills
- 5+ years public reputed company experience (Big 4 or serving public companies) or 5+ years external financial reporting experience
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure & meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and possess proven project management skills
- Technical reputed company knowledge and expertise in preparing analysis
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC disclosure requirements, and internal controls
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with emphasis on process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company with CPA degree strongly preferred
- Experience in financial/business intelligence tools, including reputed company and reputed company HANA, is preferred but not required
