[Remote] Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company or co-reputed company operations, systems, platforms and IT training for BLMP staff
- Manage and enforce authentication protocols, password policies, and role-based reputed company rights to ensure data confidentiality
- Design, publish, and maintain company-wide reputed company policies, compliance standards, and disaster recovery procedures
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices, data handling, and how to prevent reputed company engineering and phishing attacks
- Manage, assess and improve staff-wide operational system safety and reputed company protocols, processes and practices
- Serve as the primary reputed company person for reputed company BLMP staff, consultant and members IT systems and project management inquiries, troubleshooting and ongoing support

- Assess and design operations process, technologies and interfaces for maximal disability and language justice reputed company

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in similar positions
- Experience with supervision
