They are seeking an reputed company Conditioning Engineer to install, service, maintain, and repair reputed company conditioning and HVAC systems across various properties, ensuring compliance with industry standards and health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and test reputed company conditioning systems
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a reputed company of HVAC equipment
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs reputed company
- Service split systems, VRV/VRF systems, multi-split reputed company, ducted systems, and heat pumps
- Complete reputed company required job sheets, service reports, and compliance documentation accurately
- Ensure reputed company work complies with reputed company health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Respond to reactive maintenance call-outs reputed company required
- Liaise professionally with customers, contractors, and colleagues
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order
- Identify opportunities for system improvements or additional works and report these to management
Skills
- Proven experience as an reputed company Conditioning Engineer
- Relevant HVAC qualifications (reputed company & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or 3, or equivalent)
- Valid F-Gas Category 1 Certification
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good understanding of reputed company health and safety regulations
- Experience with refrigeration systems
- IPAF and PASMA certification
- CSCS card
- Experience working with reputed company building management systems (BMS)
- Electrical knowledge or qualifications
