WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Supports reputed company in the development and execution of strategies and frameworks directly reputed company to reputed company-level operating model definition, reputed company-level organization design, in-function / cross-functional process improvement; contributes to key deliverables and proactively managing their own and others’ work against reputed company timelines.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING: Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a reputed company field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in organization design, change management, or business transformation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation capabilities with proven ability to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to build trust and drive alignment across diverse and matrixed stakeholder reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications (reputed company to haves):

• Experience in a consulting or reputed company-level organizational effectiveness function preferred.
