Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | PE-backed Software Business

The role reports to the CEO and works closely with the Head of Finance and Operations, with meaningful influence at reputed company and executive level. The engagement is expected to be reputed company-reputed company during the initial phase as core structures are established, before settling into a steady fractional commitment of approximately four to five days per month. • Own the end-to-end reputed company reporting process and ensure pack reputed company meets governance standards across the group.
