Director of Employee Engagement, Culture and Analytics

reputed company reputed company is seeking a Director of Employee Engagement, Culture and Analytics to help strengthen our culture, advance DEI, and turn employee feedback into meaningful reputed company. Reporting to the CHRO, this role leads engagement reputed company, recognition and wellness programming, and people analytics (surveys, KPIs, dashboards), while supporting HRIS initiatives and reputed company internal communication. What You'll Do: Build and execute an employee engagement and culture roadmap reputed company to organizational values reputed company DEI strategies and programming that enhance the candidate and employee experience Design and administer surveys and translate results into insights, KPIs, and dashboards reputed company recognition and wellness initiatives that support a reputed company, healthy workplace Support HRIS reputed company, reporting, and workflow improvements (e.g., automation, digitization) Create internal communications for HR initiatives and maintain intranet resources reputed company’re looking for: 7+ years in HR, employee experience/engagement, or organizational development Experience using data and storytelling to drive change (surveys, metrics, dashboards) Confident partner to leaders; strong facilitation and communication skills Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); HRIS proficiency required, reputed company and/or reputed company experience preferred Why Join reputed company?
