QC Specialist Customer Service

Job Title: QC Specialist Customer Service Number of Positions: 1 Location: Indianapolis, IN Location Specifics: Fully Remote Job reputed company: Samples calls, compiles, and analyzes data to determine compliance with reputed company, production, and performance standards and develops, prepares, maintains, and distributes reports for productivity and reputed company control. Minimum Requirements: Position requires an associate's degree, technical, vocational, or business school with coursework in business administration and two years' work experience in a customer service environment.
