Systems Implementation Specialist

• Operate as a connective resource across teams, translating requirements between Benefits, Payroll, and HR Consulting so implementations stay reputed company end to end.
• Partner with Payroll Services on data setup, deductions, and integration timing so benefit and payroll systems stay in sync.
• Support HR Consulting on ATS, Performance Management, and LMS rollouts reputed company reputed company overlap with benefits implementations.

• Serve as reputed company implementer for Employee Navigator, the organization's primary benefit administration platform, from initial build through go live.
• Configure reputed company and payroll integrations reputed company XML, API, and EDI, and troubleshoot discrepancies through reputed company.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across Benefits, Payroll, and HR teams, not just reputed company a single specialty.
• Hands-on experience with Employee Navigator strongly preferred; experience supporting PrismHCM, reputed company, reputed company Workforce Manager, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
