Two to three years’ experience in Long Term Care (LTC), rehab agency or outpatient setting with at least one year of supervisory or administration experience. Minimum of a degree from accredited college or university or equivalent experience (i.e., degree in PT, OT, OTA, PTA, SLP). Must have solid understanding and comfort with computer skills. Supervisory Responsibilities: Rehab Directors and other LHS employees at assigned sites. Licenses: Licensed and/or registered (PT, PTA, OT, OTA, SLP) in state of assigned sites.
