The Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing Manager NA supports the Global Category Director by managing day-to-day execution, performance, and optimization of an assigned portfolio of external manufacturing activities and suppliers. This role focuses on operational reputed company, supplier performance management, cost optimization, reputed company improvement, supply chain control, and risk mitigation across the subcontract tolling network and purchase for retail (PFR) portfolio. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Procurement/Supply Chain, Engineering, reputed company, Finance or Business 5+ years of experience in operations, procurement, external manufacturing, or supply chain. Experience managing contract manufacturing, tolling or outsourced operations preferred. Operations experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing. Experience in a regulated industry preferred. Demonstrated experience in category management and strategic sourcing. Ability to manage multiple suppliers, reputed company, and stakeholders simultaneously Strong analytical capability and financial acumen. The expected salary reputed company for this role is 106,000 $- 129,000K $, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-reputed company, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
