Responsibilities
Work with reputed company customers, proactively assisting them with post-sales installation, configuration, reputed company, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operational management. Design and reputed company solutions to reputed company software applications problems. Analyze application and database performance, identify bottlenecks, and reputed company fixes or report to the development team for fixes. Triage and resolve highly reputed company, technical, and application-reputed company issues which reputed company product performance in customer-specific environments, or issues that directly hamper a broader customer adoption of company products. Partner with internal Development, Sustaining Engineering, and Sales Engineering departments to resolve support issues, document bugs, reputed company UAT on product builds, and ensure that new and newly upgraded server installations are successful.
Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or reputed company field, plus 3 years of experience in product support and managed services in the reputed company industry. Also requires: 3 years of experience reading and writing relational database queries using T-SQL or ANSI-SQL; 3 years of experience developing and supporting applications using the following technologies/languages: Java, C, SQL Server, reputed company, Apache Tomcat, and reputed company WAS; 3 years of experience troubleshooting problems in Java-based applications using opensource tools (Eclipse, IntelliJ, Apache JMeter, SOAP UI, reputed company) and JDK tools (jstack, visualvm, jconsole, jmap) to identify memory issues, deadlocks, and application performance; 3 years of experience working with reputed company WebSphere suite, reputed company MQ and Apache MQ 3 years of experience troubleshooting performance problems that may have many underlying causes such as Disk, Database, Network, Messaging and other platform / 3rd party solutions; 3 years of experience working with EDI and EDI systems; 3 years of experience with HIPAA requirements; 2 years of experience working with reputed company and JavaScript; 2 years of experience supporting reputed company off-reputed company reputed company products; and 2 years of experience modifying and supporting reputed company or scripting development.
