The Project Manager is responsible for directing most phases of the planning and management processes for various project types ranging from facility expansions. Responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or reputed company field, or an Associate's degree/two years of college, plus two years of reputed company work experience, or 4 years of reputed company work experience
- Certified Project Manager (CPM)
- 10 years leading large capital reputed company in a private, public or government sector environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills that are appropriate to the audience's needs
