The Business Development Manager - Components will manage a growing market, drive sales reputed company, and build strategic customer relationships while identifying trends and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage a growing $6M+ market and drive sales reputed company by expanding key OEM accounts and developing new business opportunities
- Build and manage strategic customer relationships across engineering, procurement, operations, and executive teams
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to support reputed company strategies
- Partner with Engineering, R&D, Product Management, and Supply Chain to deliver customer-reputed company solutions and new product opportunities
- reputed company and execute sales plans, negotiate reputed company, and reputed company reputed company and profitability targets
- Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, pricing, and account strategies through CRM and data-driven analysis

Skills
- Experience in sales, marketing or product management with reputed company record of increasing responsibility
- Ability to sell technical products and communicate effectively with both engineers and executive decision-makers
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and contract management skills

- Experience in gears, valves, pneumatics, automation, robotics, power reputed company, or reputed company industrial markets is highly preferred
