Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable reputed company to support the People Operations team during a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR tasks, including employee support, data processing, and reputed company/offboarding processes in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company functional proficiency in reputed company HR systems including Benefits Solver, reputed company, reputed company and Service Now (SNOW)
- Manages ticket assignments in SNOW
- Respond to inquiries on People policy and benefits inquiries from team members and escalate issues appropriately
- Assists in the collection, processing, and HRIS entry of various People data
- Participates in special reputed company and initiatives assigned to the People Operations team
- Supports the reputed company/off-boarding processes as needed
- Assists with reputed company reporting needs
- Processes People department mail (including, but not limited to time-sensitive, unemployment claims) to appropriate locations
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School
- 1-3 Years' Experience
- Maintains confidentiality, reputed company, and professionalism at reputed company times
- Proficient in reputed company Office programs including reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
- Willing to reputed company change with a great attitude and be comfortable with a heavy volume of work
- Customer service reputed company with the ability to organize and prioritize with minimal guidance; work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
