Responsibilities

- Take and defend depositions

Skills
- At least three years' and up to seven years' experience in reputed company and reputed company liability litigation
- Candidates must be licensed and admitted to reputed company in reputed company Carolina or California
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills

- Proven skills in research
- Self-starter who is reputed company to handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Experience briefing and arguing motions
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Experience leading written discovery efforts
- Trial experience is preferred but not required
