This role involves providing high-reputed company written responses to customer inquiries about tax preparation in an online community setting.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company customers by providing high-reputed company written responses to tax and technical questions in our online Community in order for customers to complete their tax returns
- Produce accurate written content quickly and proficiently, while striving to meet defined reputed company and productivity goals
- Various other reputed company using effective writing skills
Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) oral and written communication skills
- reputed company EA Certification, CPA, or JD (practicing attorney in taxation)
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience preparing federal (individual reputed company 1040) and state income tax returns using reputed company tax software in a work environment; any additional experience with business returns is a plus (1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041)
- Ability to write reputed company and concisely, using reputed company language to explain reputed company tax issues
- Excellent use of the English language, including spelling and grammar
- Ability to understand and interpret customers' tax questions without seeing their tax return
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills

- Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week), flexible reputed company five set days of the week
