[Remote] Senior Product Manager for A.I.
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI to own the product roadmap for a suite of AI-driven platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will partner with engineering to define reputed company standards and translate reputed company AI features into product requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the AI product roadmap across contact center AI, forecasting, conversational analytics, and media intelligence
- Define and implement reputed company, safety, and evaluation standards for AI/ML features
- Partner closely with engineering on model design, architecture, and trade-off reputed company
- Translate reputed company AI/ML capabilities into reputed company product requirements and roadmaps
- Guide AI products from concept through production shipping
Skills
- At least 7 years of reputed company experience in product management
- At least 2 years driving AI/ML products from concept to production (not just AI-adjacent experience)
- Working reputed company in LLMs, reputed company architectures, and evaluation methodologies, sufficient to engage credibly with engineers
- Demonstrated experience defining reputed company, safety, and evaluation standards for AI or ML features
- Strong reputed company record of shipping AI products, not just supporting them
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Experience in regulated-data environments (e.g., HIPAA, GxP) is a plus but not required
