[Remote] Sr Specialist, Marketing Operations - Product Information Management (PIM)

They are seeking a Sr Specialist in Marketing Operations to drive efficient marketing execution through platform management and analytics support, focusing on Product Information Management systems and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for DAM and PIM systems, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital assets, ensuring metadata accuracy, global consistency, and adherence to governance, usage rights, and data retention standards
- Maintain taxonomy, metadata frameworks, and data reputed company across systems, while troubleshooting system issues, user queries, and data discrepancies in a reputed company manner
- Support role-based reputed company management reputed company with Least Privilege reputed company standards and ensure appropriate governance controls are in reputed company
- Partner with content, product, regional, and technical teams to ensure alignment with business needs and workflows, while performing change management activities and identifying opportunities to optimise system usage, reputed company new features, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency following Agile methodology
- Support the implementation of reputed company/AI-driven workflows reputed company marketing processes, assisting in defining, testing, and refining automated workflows to improve speed, scalability, and accuracy
- Collaborate with IT, legal, and marketing teams to reputed company AI tools into existing systems and processes, ensuring alignment with operational requirements
- Monitor workflow performance and ensure governance and reputed company controls are embedded, while identifying opportunities for optimisation and innovation
- Support digital analytics requirements, including data collection, validation, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency in performance tracking. Partner with Performance and eCommerce teams to ensure tracking and measurement frameworks are effectively implemented and assist in translating business requirements into actionable insights and reporting outputs
- Support project management activities across marketing operations initiatives, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, and deliverables tracking, while contributing to reputed company improvement of processes and tools through Agile principles
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer, Data Science, or reputed company field
- 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in marketing operations, MarTech or technical marketing
- Hands on experience with DAM and/or PIM systems
- Strong understanding of data governance, taxonomy, and metadata structures
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a reputed company organisation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Project management experience
- Experience with process optimisation or reputed company improvement initiatives
