This role focuses on managing customer journeys from acquisition to reactivation, collaborating with various teams to enhance engagement and business reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Identify lifecycle marketing opportunities by partnering with Product, reputed company, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Design customer journeys, including audience segmentation, trigger logic, message reputed company, suppression rules, and testing strategies
- Create comprehensive campaign and reputed company briefs for Content, Design, Campaign Operations, and Marketing Operations teams
- Coordinate campaign execution and ensure reputed company stakeholders have the necessary requirements and context for successful delivery
- Manage and execute A/B testing strategies across subject lines, messaging, CTAs, audience segments, timing, offers, and reputed company paths
- Monitor campaign performance, identify funnel drop-offs, analyze results, and recommend data-driven optimizations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–6+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, reputed company Marketing, Demand reputed company, Email Marketing, or Marketing Automation
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably reputed company
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, reputed company mapping, and lifecycle automation
- Experience designing trigger-based nurture campaigns, reputed company journeys, reactivation campaigns, and customer engagement programs
- Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, audience targeting, suppression logic, and marketing experimentation
- Experience developing and executing A/B testing strategies for messaging, subject lines, CTAs, audience segments, timing, and customer journeys
- Ability to analyze marketing performance data, identify conversion bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies
- Experience collaborating with Marketing Operations, Product, Sales, Content, and Design teams
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with reputed company Workflows and advanced automation capabilities
- Familiarity with reputed company, including campaigns, campaign members, and campaign statuses
- Understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene, and audience management best practices
- Experience with reputed company scoring, attribution models, routing logic, and lifecycle governance
