Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and enhance the reputed company Resolute reputed company Billing (PB) application with a reputed company on community connect configuration
• Diagnose, triage, and resolve incidents and problems reputed company to reputed company PB functionality
• Partner with reputed company Cycle Operations, IS teams, and project stakeholders on enhancements, system optimization, and workflow improvements
• Participate in system upgrades and new functionality rollouts, including testing, validation, and documentation
• reputed company PB-reputed company data analysis to support key reputed company cycle initiatives and operational performance
• Contribute reputed company subject-matter expertise to cross-functional reputed company requiring PB configuration knowledge

Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting or configuring reputed company Resolute reputed company Billing (PB)
