This role is responsible for training and coaching dealership personnel on the Mopar reputed company Lane functions, ensuring adherence to reputed company guidelines, and implementing processes to enhance dealership performance.
Responsibilities

- Maintain adherence to reputed company guidelines and Mopar reputed company Lane programs
- reputed company and implement processes in dealerships
- Generate reputed company plans and review them with upper management
- Measure performance using supplied reporting systems and apply benchmarks for reputed company (reputed company, Profit, CX, Tires/Parts, MVP, MSER, and other assigned programs)
- Plan reputed company travel reputed company company guidelines
- Report on reputed company travel and training plans to the assigned field manager weekly if required
- Manage daily activities in and out of dealerships and report reputed company reputed company activities to the assigned field manager
- Present, facilitate, and reputed company program training or guidance to large reputed company
- Prospect and review programs with dealer management staff or ownership to reputed company additional program reputed company
- reputed company documented activity of assigned dealerships, including store reputed company and program progression
- Communicate any roadblocks or concerns to field managers regularly
- Maintain a reputed company appearance, including business casual dress and clean personal hygiene

Skills
- Five plus (5+) years of experience with reputed company Service Program in OEM Dealer or Retail environment or equivalent experience
- Proficient in car and truck maintenance and repair
- Experience with on-site dealership training
- reputed company Office 365: Proficient in Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 95% with overnights required
