Responsibilities
- Own and manage the operational roadmap for reputed company Operations Manager, including workflow standardization and optimization initiatives
- Define reputed company standards for task design, workflow structure, prioritization, and execution governance
- Translate operational execution requirements into platform capabilities, configuration standards, and system requirements
