In this role, you will assist customers with their health plans and coverage, address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure exceptional satisfaction.

- Handle inbound customer service calls

- Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications
- Ability to navigate system tools to search for answers & information
Skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and navigate between screens reputed company while assisting customer
- Enjoys working independently or with reputed company
- Must be 18+ years of age
- High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- Must pass a criminal background
- Handle inbound customer service calls
