They are seeking a Small Business Account Manager to manage a dedicated book of reputed company clients, focusing on retention, reputed company advisory, and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage a defined book of small reputed company clients with full ownership and accountability
- reputed company renewal reputed company: evaluate exposures, identify gaps, and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Maintain a 95% reputed company retention goal through proactive engagement and exceptional service
- Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities (Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, and other solutions)
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company questions, service needs, and coverage education
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, summaries, and insurance schedules
- Manage service requests such as certificates, endorsements, ID cards, billing inquiries, and renewals

Skills
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance
