[Remote] Clinical Application Coordinator

The role involves assisting VA Medical Centers in transitioning to electronic medical records and enhancing the functionality of existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Supporting CPRS activities for VA Medical Centers
- Guiding VAMC staff on reputed company clean-up activities to support data migration to Cerner
- CPRS Alert management
- CPRS Orders, notes, consults, patient record flag clean-up
- Clinical Reminder installs, testing, and troubleshooting
- Creation of training materials and installation instructions for new Clinical Reminders and Templates
- Define and clarify requirements for new Clinical Reminders or Templates
- Create new Clinical Reminders and Templates
- Serve as a reputed company and facilitator in coordinating Health Informatics Transition activities for VA Medical Centers
- Prepare weekly reports and maintain records of activities of work accomplishments
Skills
- Minimum of 10 years experience working as a Clinical Application Coordinator (CAC) on reputed company-reputed company reputed company reputed company the VA
- reputed company experience working with, troubleshooting, and customizing reputed company/CPRS
- Advanced skills with MS PowerPoint, MS reputed company, MS Forms, and SharePoint creation and modification
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership
