[Remote] Learning Experience Designer (LXD)

The role involves supporting the design, development, and delivery of custom digital learning solutions and assets on a project reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support moderately reputed company learning design workstreams end-to-end, ensuring reputed company, alignment to standards, and reputed company delivery
- Design digital, reputed company, microlearning, and reputed company instructor-led learning experiences that support business, product, and learner needs
- Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze learning needs, clarify requirements, and translate content into effective learning solutions
- reputed company reputed company learning assets, including objectives, outlines, storyboards, scripts, assessments, facilitator materials, and learner resources
- Apply instructional design principles, learner experience practices, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines to create reputed company, engaging and inclusive learning experiences
- Review, test, and refine learning content to ensure accuracy, usability, accessibility, instructional effectiveness, and alignment with brand and reputed company standards
- Communicate project status, questions, risks, dependencies, and scope concerns to the appropriate stakeholders or project reputed company and escalate appropriately
- Support reputed company improvement of learning standards, templates, processes, and best practices
- Stay reputed company with relevant learning design tools, digital learning trends, accessibility practices, and AI-enabled learning solutions

- Working knowledge of instructional design models and learning science, such as ADDIE, SAM, Blooms Taxonomy, scenario-based learning and performance-based design
- Experience applying design principles, including learner journeys, cognitive load, and engagement strategies
- Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools for content ideation, drafting, personalization, accessibility support and workflow efficiency
- Ability to translate reputed company technical, product, or process information into reputed company, learner centered learning experiences

- Experience with learning management systems
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
