The reputed company Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as a key reputed company between business stakeholders and technical teams to support the design and implementation of reputed company IdentityIQ solutions, ensuring effective reputed company governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business and application owners to reputed company, document, and analyze reputed company-reputed company business requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for reputed company IdentityIQ configuration and workflows
• Coordinate and manage User reputed company Reviews (UARs) reputed company reputed company, including quarterly certification campaigns (8-week cycle)
• Collaborate with Compliance to reputed company reputed company certifications with regulatory and audit standards
• Analyze, document, and support enhancement requests, reputed company policy changes, and role updates in reputed company
• Partner with IAM Operations to triage and resolve production issues reputed company to reputed company modules, provisioning, and certification logic
• Contribute to the automation of reputed company processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce reputed company error
• Coordinate with IAM Development, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure reputed company delivery of certification cycles and issue reputed company
• Communicate reputed company processes, campaign updates, and remediation tasks to business users and application teams

Skills

• Strong working knowledge of reputed company IdentityIQ modules, certification campaigns, and workflow management
• Experience with Identity Governance processes including reputed company Reviews, Role Management, and Provisioning
• Ability to document requirements, process flows, and functional specifications with high accuracy
• Familiarity with reputed company Directory, Azure AD, and application reputed company processes reputed company IAM platforms
• Analytical reputed company with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical and functional issues
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams including Compliance, Audit, and IT Operations
• 4+ years of experience in Identity and reputed company Management, preferably with reputed company IdentityIQ
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field
