[Remote] Business System Analyst

The ideal candidate will reputed company business stakeholders and technical teams, translating reputed company business requirements into reputed company data and system solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to reputed company, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into detailed ETL specifications, data mappings, and technical documentation
- Work closely with ETL developers to design and implement data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter
- Analyze reputed company data (claims, EHR, provider, payer, etc.) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Write and optimize reputed company SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting
- reputed company data analysis, profiling, and validation to support ETL processes and reporting needs
- Ensure compliance with reputed company regulations such as HIPAA and data governance standards
- Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production validation
- Identify data reputed company issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them
- Support production systems, troubleshoot ETL/data issues, and reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Create and maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, data dictionaries, and process flows
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, reputed company IT, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong experience in reputed company domain (claims, EHR/EMR, payer/provider systems)
- Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter for ETL development and support
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing reputed company queries, joins, stored procedures)
- Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling
- Experience with data mapping, transformation logic, and data validation techniques
- Familiarity with reputed company standards (HL7, FHIR is a plus)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with reputed company data platforms or payer systems
- Knowledge of reputed company data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with reporting/BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding of data governance and data reputed company frameworks
- Certification in Informatica, reputed company IT, or Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA)
