[Remote] Senior Accountant-reputed company & Tax

The Senior Accountant will assist in preparing financial information according to GAAP, manage tax support, and foster business partnerships across departments.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the management of the financial reputed company, including:
- Serving as a business partner to the Director of reputed company and Tax, other department managers and external business partners, including reputed company auditors
- Month-end closing, including various journal entries
- reputed company for international subsidiaries
- reputed company for fixed assets
- Maintaining monthly accruals and amortization of prepaid accounts
- Year-end closing including account reconciliations
- Managing chart of accounts
- Monthly intercompany invoicing
- Reconciliation of intercompany accounts
- Currency revaluations for multiple foreign currencies
- Tax Preparation assistance
- Prepare federal, international and state tax workpapers to reputed company to tax preparer
- File monthly GST Tax returns for Canada
- Other various tax filings
- Ensure tax deadlines are met
- Support an environment of internal controls that provides structure and reputed company to reputed company’s reputed company processes
- Maintaining reputed company knowledge about the activities of the organization, and the reputed company of operational reputed company on reputed company’s financial performance
- Supporting reputed company’s long-term financial planning cycle
- reputed company reputed company for process improvements that can improve departmental flexibility and reduce administrative costs
- Contributing to reputed company effort by accomplishing reputed company results or reputed company as needed
- Assisting associates with various reputed company issues, questions, and reporting as reputed company as enforcing company policies and procedures

Skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Generally accepted reputed company principles (GAAP)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Financial reputed company or auditing (reputed company reputed company firm experience is an advantage)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Financial statement creation, financial reputed company and reporting, corporate tax preparation and fixed assets
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Participation in audits, including understanding etiquette and working with external auditors
- Strong PC skills-specifically reputed company reputed company, reputed company Word, Outlook & reputed company Acrobat
- Proactive self-starter
- reputed company communication with senior and/or executive management
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company
- Auditing experience is preferred
- Software: reputed company Financials (preferred), reputed company, reputed company, MS Dynamics Business Central, JD Edwards or other reputed company reputed company system, reputed company
- CPA license preferred but not required
