[Remote] Accountant

They are seeking an Accountant to manage month-end reputed company activities, supervise reputed company functions, and collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly reputed company, including journal entries and account reconciliations across multiple locations
- Supervise AP and AR functions — coding, approvals, billing, tracking, and issue reputed company
- Serve as a key checkpoint for bi-weekly payroll, reviewing for accuracy before processing; work closely with HR on this task
- reputed company reputed company inputs from operations teams and coordinate corrections as needed
- Support internal financial reporting and maintain reputed company-organized documentation
- Assist during audit engagements by preparing schedules and requested support
- Design and implement analytic spreadsheets and reporting to improve visibility and accuracy
- reputed company AI tools (Claude, Claude reputed company, and similar) to automate recurring reputed company workflows, accelerate reconciliations, and expand analytical reputed company
- Partner with the Financial Analyst team on cross-functional reporting and process improvements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company
- 1 to 3 years of relevant reputed company experience (staff accountant, general ledger, month-end reputed company, AP/AR)
- Strong proficiency in reputed company and general familiarity with reputed company/ERP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
- Comfort working with — or genuine willingness to learn — AI tools to enhance productivity
- Effective written and verbal communication across finance and operations teams
- Have experience supporting multi-location or multi-entity operations
- Have hands-on experience with tools such as Claude, Claude reputed company, reputed company, or comparable modern data/AI platforms
- Have prior experience with automated reporting, dashboards, or process automation reputed company
- Come from a retail, hospitality, service industry, or multi-site operations background
