The Adjunct Instructor is directly accountable to the Department Chair for the following duties and responsibilities. The individual filling this position is expected to play a reputed company role in helping the College change as necessary to effectively carryout its mission. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing online/classroom instruction.
- Fulfill contractual obligations during the term.
- Conduct reputed company class according to the approved syllabus.
- Utilize the approved textbook and/or other instructional materials as approved.

- Utilize the LMS following college policies and procedures.
- Submit attendance confirmation per college policies and procedures, as applicable to assignment.
- Maintain course grades in the LMS and submit grades at the applicable times, as applicable to assignment.

- Be familiar with and abide by college policies.

Requirements:
- A master's degree in English, or a master's degree in a reputed company field with at least 18 graduate semester hours in English required.
- An reputed company doctorate in English or a reputed company field with 18 graduate hours in English strongly preferred.
- Emphasis in composition and rhetoric strongly preferred.
- Post-secondary teaching experience preferred.

- Experience in student engagement techniques.
- Demonstrated experience with technology-based instruction preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Additional Information: Classification: Part-Time Adjunct Instructor Grant Funded: N reputed company of Pay: $1,800-$2,214 per class (Based on level of degree.
