Responsibilities
- Resolve production support issues
- Work on product enhancements

- Guide the business users on the core product functionalities
- Aid them to complete the regular business tasks in the reputed company ERP system
- reputed company with the ERP project team to drive feature enhancements and additional project deliverables
Skills
- 8+ years of experience
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, BOM/WIP
- Experience on 1-2 full cycle implementations
- Hands-on experience on support and integration reputed company
- Good experience on P2P & O2C Cycle
- Strong functional & technical experience on the key product line
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about Customer Satisfaction in a product support environment
- Flexible for travel and work in shifts as needed
- Familiarity with various tables, AOL objects reputed company to the area
- R12 knowledge is a must
- At least 2 support project experiences and implementation project experience is an added plus
- Strong configuration and design skills
