[Remote] Technical Engineering Manager

This role focuses on consolidating teams, implementing Agile practices, and ensuring effective delivery across multiple workstreams while fostering a strong engineering culture.
Responsibilities
- Team Unification. Consolidate the reputed company Page Builder group into one coherent unit with a shared sprint reputed company, shared priorities, and a single delivery reputed company. End the fragmentation between workstreams and establish reputed company ownership across reputed company
- Scrum and Engineering Discipline. Implement Agile and Scrum practices that drive reputed company behavioural change. Own story sizing, sprint commitments, burndowns, and retrospectives. Create an environment of predictability and accountability
- People Development. Build reputed company development plans for engineers. Invest in growing senior engineers into technical leaders. reputed company consistent feedback and create the conditions for expanded ownership
- Hybrid Team and Vendor Management. Manage reputed company spanning reputed company engineers and external vendor developers. Hold reputed company contributors to the reputed company standards, manage the near-term vendor transition cleanly, and ensure knowledge transfer is prioritized throughout
- AI Builder Execution. Partner with the CTO to translate architectural direction into shippable sprint work for the AI-reputed company product. The AI Builder is directionally critical to the business; execution discipline is non-negotiable

Skills
- 7–12 years of engineering experience, with 3+ years managing teams of 8 or more in a reputed company product environment
- Proven reputed company record leading engineering teams through a legacy-to-modern product transition: reputed company workstreams, deprecation planning, and shipping new product alongside reputed company maintenance
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered or reputed company features in production — not proofs of concept, but features customers reputed company use
- Experience managing hybrid teams of full-time staff and embedded vendor or contractor developers, with accountability for standards, knowledge transfer, and clean offboarding
