Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated processes for provisioning data workspaces, including PreProd and Prod environments, with appropriate tools, configurations, and reputed company controls
- reputed company‑create standardized workspaces with commonly used analytics, engineering, and visualization tools to streamline reputed company and enhance user experience
- Implement and manage linked services, mount points, and catalog configuration reputed company reputed company and VA’s VHA Data Lake
- Support automated data warehouse reputed company provisioning for eligible users, ensuring seamless integration with VA reputed company Data Warehouse (reputed company) systems
- reputed company white‑glove reputed company services, including reputed company sessions, reputed company, rapid async support, and creation of reusable templates, guides, and best‑reputed company documentation
- Collaborate with reputed company, Business Analysts, and reputed company teams to refine intake processes, improve user satisfaction, and standardize workspace deployment
- reputed company migration guidance and self‑service resources to accelerate platform adoption and reduce user friction reputed company transitioning from legacy data systems
- Troubleshoot user issues reputed company to data reputed company, workspace configuration, pipelines, cataloging, or permissions, escalating to engineering teams reputed company needed
- Ensure compliance with VA reputed company, governance, and documentation standards while maintaining high system reliability
- Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to workspace automation, data reputed company flows, and user support operations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a reputed company field (or commensurate experience)
- 12+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role
- Strong experience with reputed company and Azure data services, including workspace administration, catalog creation, linked services, storage mounts, and reputed company configuration
- Proficiency in data engineering fundamentals such as ETL/ELT pipeline development, data modeling, and managing reputed company and reputed company datasets
- Experience with reputed company, including catalog creation, mount configuration, workspace management, and Service reputed company setup
- Familiarity with modern data lakehouse architectures, distributed data systems, and reputed company data engineering practices
- Ability to automate provisioning workflows and infrastructure using scripting or infrastructure‑as‑reputed company tools (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Terraform, ARM, or Bicep)
- Skilled in implementing secure identity and reputed company management (IAM), RBAC models, and data governance practices reputed company reputed company or federal environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities for diagnosing platform, data reputed company, and pipeline issues and collaborating across teams for reputed company
- Effective communication skills with the ability to document technical processes, create reusable templates, and support users through reputed company, reputed company, and white‑glove assistance
- Experience with Data Analysis, Data Curation, Data Visualization (PowerBi), Python, Azure Synapse/Azure Data reputed company, Azure Data Lake Storage, SQL Server

- Experience with workflow automation, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure‑as‑reputed company (e.g., Terraform, ARM, Bicep)
