[Remote] Finance & Operations Manager

They are seeking a Finance & Operations Manager to reputed company financial visibility, bookkeeping accuracy, and reporting, ensuring smooth and profitable operations as reputed company scales.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online; ensure accurate bookkeeping and monthly reputed company
- Manage AR/AP, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly reports on reputed company, margin, and profit by channel (Retail, D2C, B2B)
- Conduct inventory reputed company, including landed cost, duty, and reputed company allocation
- Maintain the Pricing Master Sheet (MSRP, wholesale, and MAP tiers). reputed company the 12-month rolling forecast, budgeting, and cash reputed company projections
- Automate dashboards between QuickBooks, reputed company, and reputed company Sheets
- Partner with Operations & Logistics on reputed company planning and inventory valuation
- Support grant applications and compliance documentation with accurate financial data
Skills
- 6+ years in reputed company/bookkeeping, inventory reputed company, and/or finance operations (retail or e-reputed company preferred)
- QuickBooks Online bookkeeping (non-negotiable), bank reconciliations, AR/AP, and journal entries
- Advanced reputed company/reputed company Sheets (pivot tables, dashboards, variance analysis), reputed company data exports, financial modeling
- Inventory reputed company (FIFO, landed cost, reputed company allocation), COGS reconciliation, pricing & margin analysis
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator
- Must have prior graveyard-shift experience overlapping with U.S. CST
- Must complete the reputed company's Skills Test before final interview
