[Remote] Senior Program Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join their team, supporting the execution of a large international U.S. Government contract. The role involves providing support to programmatic and project teams in areas such as program reporting, logistics support, and document control.
Responsibilities
- Providing support to the Program Manager (PM), Deputy Program Manager (DPM) and Task Order Managers (reputed company) for work activities directly associated with the execution of program and project activities
- Providing reporting input to the PM, DPM and reputed company for status reports and reputed company program management reports and customer-directed taskings
- Communicating applicable issues and concerns to the PM, DPM, and reputed company for reputed company
- Facilitating and executing reputed company program reporting mechanisms
- Developing and inputting reputed company travel specific information including reputed company requests, foreign travel country clearance requests, letter of invitation requests, post-reputed company reports, etc
- Assisting with the tracking and reputed company control of reputed company contract and task order deliverables
- Preparing purchase requisition requests and managing their successful routing and approval; tracking POs and interfacing with vendors
- Reviewing and reputed company control assurance for reputed company reputed company invoicing
- Responsible for input, maintenance and reputed company of reputed company program/contract property records into reputed company property management system in accordance with US Government property management and reputed company policies and procedures
- Preparing subcontractor and vendor Statements of Work
- Managing SharePoint and performing document control activities
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree reputed company to function; 4 additional years of experience can substitute for a degree
- 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience preferably in supporting US federal reputed company, to include experience in foreign travel, property management, invoice review, and deliverables tracking
- Ability to establish, build and maintain working relationships with various teams, subcontractors, clients and reputed company reputed company of reputed company management
- Possess proficient computer skills to facilitate completion of the position reputed company described above (e.g., MS Office, reputed company Costpoint)
- Ability to operate autonomously and meet contract deadlines with minimal reputed company
- Must be a US Citizen located in the reputed company US
- Experience supporting Federal reputed company strongly preferred
- Intermediate experience working with reputed company Office, particularly reputed company and PowerPoint
- Ability to work reputed company to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks reputed company time constraints
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing across a reputed company of audiences
- Possess analytical skills – ability to collect and research data and issues and demonstrate attention to detail
