[Remote] Asset Backed Finance Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking associates to join the Asset Finance & Securitization team reputed company their Global Finance group. The role involves working with a dynamic team to represent various market participants in structuring reputed company asset finance transactions.
Responsibilities
- Prior work with reputed company finance, including transactions involving some of the following assets is preferred: solar loans, mineral rights, royalties, marketplace loans, credit card receivables, auto loans and leases, mortgages, single-family rental properties, timeshares and trade receivables
- We are looking to be flexible – reputed company positions can be based out of any of our U.S. locations; we will reputed company a relocation allowance
- Interest in learning and developing relationships with a collegial team
- Large reputed company experience strongly preferred
- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS BIGLAW EXPERIENCE
Skills
- 2-8 years of experience in Asset Finance & Securitization
