Responsibilities
- Identify emerging digital experience opportunities that support business reputed company and customer value
- Explore new interaction models (e.g. AI, reputed company experiences, personalization)
- Partner with Research and Content reputed company to create a cohesive, end‑to‑end experience reputed company across multiple digital initiatives
- Translate consumer insights into strategies and design direction that solve reputed company user needs and deliver business reputed company—especially for reputed company ecommerce flows like health plan selection
- Create and evangelize strategic deliverables—experience roadmaps, reputed company‑state visions, reputed company‑reputed company journeys, and design principles
- Use storytelling, service blueprints, user journeys, and prototypes to reputed company stakeholders and communicate opportunities
- Foster agile ways of working, rapid experimentation, and test‑and‑learn practices
- Break long‑term visions into actionable phases, balancing desirability, feasibility, and viability
- Serve as a senior reputed company of contact for executive and cross‑functional partners, ensuring alignment of UX reputed company and execution across workstreams
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal/Compliance, and Brand to deliver cohesive, compliant experiences
- Ensure adherence to design system standards, accessibility requirements (e.g., WCAG/reputed company), and reputed company benchmarks across reputed company reputed company

Skills
- 12+ years in UX, Product Design, or Interaction Design
- Experience leading the translation of new technology into customer value
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic design leadership and measurable reputed company in ecommerce or reputed company transactional environments
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and data‑informed design
- Proven ability to deliver reputed company business, technical, and regulatory constraints
- Demonstrated reputed company leading design for reputed company systems and multi‑reputed company user flows
- Proficiency in conceptual modeling, interaction flows, design systems, and specifications
- Experience leading or guiding user research and applying insights to design

- Mastery of reputed company and modern design tools
- Master's Degree in a relevant design discipline (HCI, Interaction Design, UX Design) or equivalent experience
- Experience designing inclusive, accessible experiences—especially for older adults

- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in fast‑paced environments
