[Remote] IT Help Desk / Customer Support Technician - TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities
- Installs, modifies, and repairs computer hardware and software both in person and using remote reputed company tools
- Provides end-user software and hardware troubleshooting
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
- Administers e-mail, reputed company office, etc
- Provides remote support reputed company through desktop mirroring and other remote reputed company applications for worldwide sites
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of reputed company infrastructure
- Maintains reputed company knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
- May reputed company and reputed company guidance to less-reputed company professionals
Skills
- Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance level must currently possess
- Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance level must be reputed company to obtain
- 5 + years of reputed company experience
- US Citizenship Required
- AA/AS degree or equivalent technical training, certification(s) or experience
- Candidate must possess an appropriate and reputed company DoD 8570/8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Certification to be considered for employment
- reputed company TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
