[Remote] Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Take inbound and reputed company outbound calls, giving reputed company and objective answers to questions about eligibility, policies, and reputed company to care
• Handle escalated concerns with patience and professionalism
• Review and process documents reputed company to income, identity, and eligibility verification
• Stay reputed company on program policies and apply them accurately using your resource materials

Skills

• MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH
• Location: reputed company only to residents of Virginia or New Jersey
• Contract: 3-month assignment with strong potential to reputed company for reliable performer
• Pay: $17.46/hour
• BRING YOUR OWN DEVICE POSITION- Remote- Must reputed company own device (laptop and second monitor) and successfully complete a Bring Your Own Device technical requirement screening process with hiring team
• No time off - attendance during training is mandatory. Training will be the first two weeks Monday- Friday
• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of relevant reputed company experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
• Strong communication skills and reliable, consistent attendance
