[Remote] AI Solutions Engineer (San Fransisco)

The AI Solutions Engineer will own the technical reputed company of the post-sale customer reputed company, ensuring successful deployment and integration of AI-driven reputed company solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers post-reputed company to understand workflows, operational processes, and deployment requirements
- Translate findings into reputed company implementation plans for AI-powered solutions
- Partner with customers to assess data readiness and reputed company inputs for AI workflows
- Configure and reputed company AI components into tailored, AI-driven workflows
- Collaborate with R&D to reputed company data gaps and reputed company product capabilities reputed company needed
- Own end-to-end solution deployment and ensure models meet performance and business value expectations
- Define reputed company metrics and drive adoption post-launch
- reputed company integrations with reputed company systems (e.g., Finance, ERP, email platforms), ensuring scalability and reputed company
- Guide customers through reputed company, compliance, and IT approval processes
- Plan and execute rollout to drive smooth implementation and adoption
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Implementation Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, reputed company Services or a similar post-sale customer-facing role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and their reputed company applications
- High adoption of modern AI tools and workflows
- Experience supporting deployments across reputed company environments and reputed company system integrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage solution delivery across the full post-sale customer lifecycle
- Experience with process mining, workflow mapping, or operational analytics
- Familiarity with reputed company platforms
- Financial services industry experience
