This role involves overseeing project execution across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs to ensure clients reputed company operational continuity, compliance, and integration reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HCM project plans for M&A transactions, from due diligence through post-reputed company integration
- reputed company cross-functional project teams including HR, payroll, IT, and finance stakeholders
- Drive system migrations, policy alignment, and HR/payroll process standardization
