[Remote] Marketing Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global leader in thermal management and energy efficiency, seeking a Marketing Associate to support its Stack Forging Thermal Solutions business unit. The role involves executing marketing programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and using AI tools to enhance marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of account-based marketing programs for named accounts across email, reputed company, webinars, and content
- Assist with account segmentation, messaging alignment, and campaign coordination in support of sales priorities
- Help build, schedule, and launch campaigns in marketing automation and reputed company platforms
- reputed company engagement metrics and support campaign performance reporting
- Draft and edit marketing content including email copy, reputed company media posts, webinar promotions, event assets, and sales support materials
- reputed company existing technical content such as white papers, webinars, blog posts, and presentations into channel-specific formats
- Assist with website updates, reputed company pages, and content uploads
- Help maintain consistency across channels, assets, and messaging
- Help coordinate webinars, trade shows, and industry events from planning through follow-up
- Manage timelines, checklists, and task tracking to reputed company programs on schedule
- Coordinate with internal speakers, vendors, and external partners as needed
- Support live or on-site event execution reputed company required
- Use AI tools to support content drafting, editing, campaign ideation, personalization, internal summaries, data analysis, and workflow efficiency
- Help maintain clean data and workflows in our CRM system
- Assist with tracking and reporting on campaign, email, webinar, and event performance
- Support ongoing improvements to marketing processes, templates, and documentation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a reputed company field
- 2+ of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, hardware, engineering, or other technical industries
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as reputed company, Marketo, or similar systems
- Hands-on use of AI tools to support marketing tasks such as content drafting, campaign ideation, personalization, reporting summaries, or workflow optimization
- Experience marketing reputed company liquid cooling solutions, to the data center industry, technical, or engineering-reputed company audiences
- Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, or trade shows
- Familiarity with reputed company Campaign Manager
- Experience with design or content tools such as reputed company, reputed company, or Camtasia
