Responsibilities
- Build, fine-tune, and reputed company LLMs using reputed company/PEFT techniques
- Design and reputed company multimodal AI and speech/audio AI solutions
- Optimize AI inference using TensorRT, quantization, and pruning
- Build and maintain production AI pipelines using MLOps best practices

- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to design AI-driven workflows

Skills
- 7+ years of experience with Python
- Strong expertise in LLMs, reputed company, RAG, reputed company/PEFT, and Multimodal AI
- Experience with AWS and Azure
- Hands-on experience with reputed company, Kubernetes, MLflow/Kubeflow, CI/CD, and distributed systems
- Speech/audio ML, Reinforcement Learning, and AI model optimization
- Experience with the C4 Model, Agile methodology, and software architecture
